Patrick Conroy, Touchtile's founding director incorporated Touchtile Ltd in 2005 to research and develop a touch sensitive way of turning water on in the bathroom and kitchen. The technology gives a person the ability to turn water on at the temperature and flow rate they desire, with a single touch. Touchtile's patented technology is unique, and has a distinct commercial advantage over other digital shower and tap manufacturers with its single touch feature. This unique intuitive feature has the capability to become the standard way people control water. Whether it's a digital shower or bath, bathroom basin tap or kitchen tap, or even a spa - all can be controlled in exactly the same way with Touchtile's single touch technology.
MANAGEMENT
Patrick Conroy - Founding Director Patrick is the founder of the company and the creator of the Touchtile interface technology. With over 16 years of experience as an electronic engineer working in technology companies, Patrick was ideally placed to identify the technology that would make touch sensitive control of water a reality, and develop the electronic technology to make it happen. Patrick brings a blend of skill, practicality and energy to Touchtile that has resulted in the creation of the new Touchtile touch sensitive LCD interface.
Edel Conroy – Chief Financial Officer Edel Conroy is the Chief Financial Officer and performs all the accounting functions for Touchtile Ltd. Edel has over 25 years experience as Financial Controller, Commercial Manager and Company Secretary, predominantly in corporate export-oriented businesses and manufacturing with broad experience in strategic planning and execution, corporate accounting and management. A hands-on manager with expertise in Group accounting and commercial functions with a proven record of change management and developing and implementing financial and operational controls, Edel brings a wealth of commercial and financial expertise to the business.
